These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the website of Lee Baxter Fanshop & PR, owner Katja Bachmann, Am Roten Berg 2, 49086 Osnabrück, (hereinafter referred to as “provider”). The GTC apply to the sale of concert tickets, merchandise products and the use of subscription services (newsletter, fan club).

3. Subject matter of the contract
The provider offers concert tickets, merchandise items as well as subscriptions to the free newsletter and the paid fan club. The fan club does not have an automatic renewal.
4. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the purchase of a product or a ticket via the website and the provider confirms the order by email.
5. Terms of payment
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. The customer receives a confirmation with the relevant payment information after completing the order. Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery takes place worldwide within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination region.
7. Right of withdrawal and return
The legal regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.
8. Liability and Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply. The provider assumes no liability for technical problems on the website unless these were caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
9. Rules of Conduct for Users
Use of the website is permitted only for personal and non-commercial use. Insults, hate speech or other inappropriate content will be deleted by the provider.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the separate data protection declaration, which can be viewed on the website.
11. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Osnabrück. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
